Andrew was appointed as Junior Chairman in 2019. His 24 years of leadership experience in elite sport and performance has helped the club to grow significantly. He enjoys developing young athletes and performance programmes. His son plays for Cowbridge and his favourite cricketer ever is Brian Lara.

Hugh has been involved with the Cricket Club since 1970. A level 2 coach who coached the club's U15' s team from 1990 winning the Cardiff and Vale league 3 times. Since retirement in 2008 Hugh, has devoted his time to coaching U9's to U13 's. Enjoys all sports but especially golf. A staunch supporter of Glamorgan CC.

I first became involved with Cowbridge CC back in 2010,  I am the Club’s 1st XI scorer, and in 2021 I became a qualified ECB Foundation Level Coach. I will be involved in developing girls’ cricket at Cowbridge CC. Cricket is a passion of mine and I am committed to promoting cricket to all whilst providing a safe, fun and welcoming environment.

Clare joined CCC in 2020. She is a Junior Coach and the current Ladies' Captain. She has two children who play at the club and is the U11 and U13 Team Manager. In her spare time she coaches netball and plays hockey for Cowbridge. Her favourite cricketer is Robin Smith.

I’ve played for Cowbridge since 2017 and I’m now the T20 captain and 1st XI player. Jack not just by name, but of all trades within the team having batted, bowled & kept wicket at various stages.
I have coached u11’s, 13’s & 15’s during my time at the club. I focus on developing young cricketers holistically through all disciplines of the game as well as the tactical side creating ‘cricketing brains’.

Rhys joined CCC as a coach in 2020. He coaches u11 and u13 age groups and his youngest son plays at the club. He enjoys coaching batting, and his favourite cricketers played for the West Indian teams of the 1980s and 1990s. 

Tom joined CCC as a coach for the U9s in 2020 and is looking forward to coaching the U11s. He has two boys who play for the club. He enjoys all aspects of the game and a long time ago he scored a century against Llandovery College! His favourite player was Andrew Flintoff, a great example of an all rounder on and off the field!

Dave joined CCC as a coach in 2020. He coaches U11 and U13 age groups and has two children who play at the club. He enjoys coaching bowling, and his favourite cricketer of all time is Glenn McGrath.

Nick joined the club in 2016 bowling offspin and batting reluctantly for the 1sts.  He's helping out with the u13 group in the coming season and his favourite cricketer of all time is Jim Laker.

Charlotte was introduced to the game by her Australian husband at the Sydney Cricket Ground. After involving her children in AllStars Cricket, Charlotte started playing softball herself and set up the Ladies Cowbridge team 2 seasons ago. Now, her focus is on coaching the junior squad and ensuring team spirit and fun is retained.

Coaching the All Stars, U9 and U11 teams, in which his sons play, has reaffirmed Rhidian’s lifelong love of cricket, which he hopes to pass on to the juniors at Cowbridge.  Rhidian played a couple of seasons for the club’s midweek team, and although his playing skills have already been surpassed by all of the children he coaches, he enjoys contributing to the advancement of their abilities, confidence and enjoyment of this great game.

Lorry started her CCC journey in 2020 playing for the Ladies' Team and has since progressed to playing for a hardball team. She manages and coaches the U9’s Juniors and is a qualified level 1 cricket coach. In 2022 she will take responsibility of managing the AllStars and Dynamos training. In her spare time, you can find her on the golf course or competing in a semi -professional capacity in the equestrian field.
